KCDA is one year old and the 100th video folder is now online in the tutorials folder.

The first post was on Jan 4th 2007 – this is the 540th – that is around 1.5 every day including weekends and holidays (and you should perhaps be checking twice a day?)

There have been 33952 visits to the site (not counting the tutorials folder) from 7518 different computers.

The peak time for visits is the 11am to 6pm slot but we get healthy numbers of visits at all times of the day, including through the night.

And part of the reason that we are getting visits from all over the world – this map represents just the last 1500 visits in the log

The tutorial folder has around 5Gb of video tutorials which is around 50 – 60 hours of online help.

As you know, it is based around WordPress and some cheap hosting and has been fun and I hope useful – certainly a much better experience all round from what we had before; the size is now such that there may be an overhaul in the summer to reorganise things so I’d be interested to hear your thoughts.
